What Do You Get
1-on-1 in-home private training sessions run 1 hour in length and are to be scheduled weekly.
During these sessions you will learn exercises aimed to meet your goals set during your consultation.

We offer in-home private sessions in the San Fernando Valley and West Los Angeles areas.
*In-home training programs range from $700 - $1350.
