We are here to help you be successful so every program comes with our email and phone follow-up support at no additional charge.
We also offer video and virtual follow-up support which you can purchase in 1 hour increments to use during or after your program.

This service is only available to current clients or those who have completed a 4 or 8 session program with us.

We want to give you all the tools you need to be successful so our email and phone call follow-up support is part of every program at no additional charge. We encourage our pet parents to reach out to us with questions and share their success stories.
We understand that everyone learns differently and urge pet parents to share their grasp of the materials learned after each session. We will typically respond to emailed “Session Notes” with supplemented teachings via email within 2-4 days. We will occasionally send video links and handouts at that time.
Questions regarding topics covered during our programs can be presented via email or phone call. Please know we are not available for phone calls Sunday and Monday and our complimentary phone calls should not exceed 15 minutes.
Video & Virtual Follow-up Support
$130/hour
Our paid video and virtual follow-up support is available to pet parents who want more trainer interaction during their program. We find that this support best supplements our 1 hour in-home and virtual training programs.
We typically provide feedback to pet parents within 48 hours. We can supply individualized video reviews and prerecorded video responses to submitted training videos while also offering in-real time help with our 15 minute virtual sessions throughout the training program. This support allows our pet parents to fine tune their handling skills with instructions from us and lets them ask questions related to the material we have covered during our program without having to wait until their next session.
Our 15 minute virtual sessions are be scheduled 48 hours in advance and are offered via Google Meet.
