Tricks & Games
Our tricks & games class is held in our clean, safe, indoor area. Your instructor will use positive reinforcement and management to teach you 15 fun behaviors designed to build a stronger bond between you and your dog.
During this fun class you will enjoy teaching your dog new behaviors and work towards your Novice Trick Dog Title. You will practice foundational skills such as focus, sit, down, and new behaviors such as spin circles, sit pretty, and paws on my arm. Throughout the class you will demonstrate achieved behaviors completing the Novice Trick Dog Title requirements.
Prerequisites: Our Tricks & Games Class is available to dogs that have completed a 6-week class or 4-week training program with Little Paws Academy at the start date listed below. Dogs must be up-to-date on their vaccinations.
Details: This is a six-week long group class and includes Novice Trick Dog Title application fees. Each In-Person class will be one hour. Please be sure you can attend all classes before signing up as we are unable to provide make-up sessions for missed classes at this time. If you will be unable to attend a class, let the instructor know in advance so they can give you any handouts or homework for that class.
Size: Class size will not exceed 4 dogs.

Please Note: Some dogs may be better suited for classes or private lessons that specialize in reactive or fearful behavior. This can be determined during the registration process. Classes for reactive or fearful dogs will be on the calendar periodically.
